At present I'm involved in Kernel Methods, Support Vector Machines, Semi-Supervised Machine Learning and Active Learning topics, focusing mainly in problems working with remote sensing data.

We have recently worked with one-class classifiers applied to hyperspectral image classification. A list of papers is on my research page (very outdated), and you can see more information and publications in the web page of my colleague Gustavo Camps-Valls.

I've good experience programming in C, C++ or Java, and Matlab(tm)/Octave, and managing Linux systems. I like computers and O.S. in general.

Lessons

I'm a professor at the University of Valencia, Department of Engineering Electronics. At present I teach the subjects of Programmable Logical Devices and Circuit Analysis and Linear Systems.
